just to add this processor is also a newer stepping than the 630 so you may see slightly lower temps and maybe a little more overclocking (dont expect much). Newegg also has the 840 retail for 95 right nwo which adds another 200mhz.

$15 for 200 mhz is too much. if overclocking is your thing, this and the L3-deprived phenom 840 should OC to about the same speed, despite the 840 starting out a little faster. |
