Nope its fully self contained and probably the simplest self installed water loop on the market today. The down side is that you can't add to it, so if you later on down the road want to add some north or south bridge cooling, or some graphics cooling you'll have to have a seperate system.

Still with that downside this is really one of the best designed systems for a closed loop out there today, no muss no fuss, it just works.
