For the inquiring minds, the SE version is the one whose HDD cannot be extracted for other purposes (i.e. the HDD is soldered to the USB controller bridge).

Bought one today.
Saw these today, 3 in my Redding Target in California.Bought one, it's got a matte finish, not shiny or glossy...yay for no fingerprints!. Keep in mind also with the math/formatting, the actual usable space on this drive is 465gb....still a steal. |

Yep. Confirmed. Saw it today. I passed since $35 for 500GB doesn't seem like that much of a deal anymore.

@ Ion, make sure you scan it with those price checking machines. I just got back from my Target and picked up a few. Sticker clearance showed $55. Actual price scanned was $19.74. Thanks OP! Thanks SD!
