Deal Details

Can be as LOW as $60.19 w $20 Hitachi mail in rebate

Sears has the Hitachi C10FCH2 10'' Compound Miter Saw with Laser Marker

http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_1015...923007000P

on sale for $99 normally $169.99

$99 is a great deal on this - but make it sweeter with a Lowes pricematch and it will be $89.10.

Lowes has it for $169 [lowes.com]--> pricematch + 10% extra off for $89.10 before tax. I also got them to apply my military discount and got it for $80.19 before tax, but getting them to stack that military discount or a movers coupon is a big YMMV

Its a very light/portable miter saw - I had Hitachi's high end 12" slidign miter and it was a great saw - just too heavy. This one is to take when I need something quick and 12" and 70lbs is overkill. This is the lightest 10" I know of. For $80 - $90 you cant beat this. Hurry though as I dont know how long it will be marked down at Sears.

$20 Hitach mail in rebate to make this even sweeter! $169++ miter saw for $60! ($69 if they won't allow extra 10% off via movers coupon or military discount)

I didnt know about the $20 Hitachi mail in rebate - it's now $69 or $60 if you can get Lowes to stack a 10% movers or military.

I bit -- ordered online for store pickup. There was *very* limited availability locally--figure I'll just cancel the order if I change my mind. Unsure if I'll try to bother with the stacking and whatnot--$80 with rebate straight up is not bad. I guess I could bring a movers coupon when I pickup and see.

Repped.

I picked up the non-laser version of this saw a couple years ago for ~ $80. For the price, you can't go wrong.

Thanks!

If you buy it through SEARS $99 - $5 (sdeals817) - $20 mail in rebate $74.99 before tax

if you get Lowes to pricematch (it's 100% just may need to have them look it up online) then it's $89.10 ($99 - 10%) - $8.91 (10% movers or military) - $20 mail in rebate or $60.19 after rebates and movers/military its $69.10 without military or movers

Damn. The 'sdeals817' post was after I ordered. Haven't picked up though--emailed to CS to see if they can apply the code.

Anyway--can find an immediate use for this saw and am happy with the price regardless.

Amazon.com is at 107.74 with FS and no tax for some, they should price match down to the 99.99. If the rebate is honored for amazon this puts them in the same range.

Has anyone got a price match at Lowes.com (i.e. online)?
