I vaguely recall my store had 1 item marked for the RR last year but it wasn't in the ad.
I did not test it, since I cannot afford to take a loss.

Yeah, I noticed that today. I also found 3 Fall Diabetes and You magazines today for the first time.

I dropped my iPhone a few weeks ago and messed up the internal antenna. I ordered a replacement from Amazon but it never showed up. Grrrr. I feel SO cut off not being able to check SD when I'm out shopping. lol I'm thinking that DH will be switching phones with me for BF shopping. Just had to share.

There was a Chia product on endcap with other FARR items, but not in my ad, either. I should have written all the info down this am from the bottle. Had someone check and they claim its not included with FARR, but I don't trust her. (I had nice boy cashier ask the crabby one in charge) I'll try to have someone nicer check tomorrow.

If your favorite store manager is at a Tier 3 store...there is a job opening in the Virgin Islands. Peon store managers need not apply! The ones in Puerto Rico do a lot of business. Not sure who would have a Tier 3 store but maybe places like LA.

This Black Friday is one for the history books, girls and boys.

I finally ventured out about 7:30 and only went to one store. I was thrilled because it had everything in stock that was FARR. Also, BOTH of my Jedi cashiers were working tonight. It was meant to be, right?

NOT!!!


I had 14 .... yes FOURTEEN voids between 3 registers, 2 cashiers and 2 managers. My BOGO Dreamwater coupon kept scanning at $1.49 and it almost took an act of Congress to convince Ass. management they needed to key it in at $2.48. My Cepacol Q's were printed in B&W so they refused to take them. The register locked me out after 20 trannies and they have never had that happen and insisted that with the rewards program you are only allowed 20 transactions ... no override allowed. I lost it after that and made them call the store manager. He told them to just scan a ass.man card and chill out. One ass.man threw my coupons down and refused to work with me anymore, that's when the other one got involved. They didn't want to take the dreamwater IVC because I was using the BOGO MQ.

They did not get ANY Christmas bags or Christmas pencils so that messed everything up from the start.

Last but not least .... I was there so long I had to bite the bullet and actually use their restroom. (This is the ghetto store. ) I forgot that I had tucked my keys into my back pocket and guess where they fell. Yep .... right into the toilet. There was nothing to fish them out with, no plunger, nothing. I had to reach in and get them.

No amount of savings at Walgreens is worth having to stick your hand in the toilet. So sorry you had such a bad experience.

OK, MsGal's BF story is better than mine.

During daylight hours, I stopped by the 24 hr WAGs I mentioned before -- the one across from a 24 hour pawn shop with a Medical Marijuana clinic a couple store fronts down.

Extremely slow store for BF. Guy panhandling at front entrance. As I walk to front to check out, I hear him. He is shouting at the cashiers / workers ( more staff than customers in store) -- #$%&* I want a lightbulb, a *&^%$ clear lightbulb. Then some rant about heroin & meth & shooting up...Asst mgr was calm & walked him over to the right aisle. The employees at the 24 hour locations are pretty blase.

Forgot to mention -- that store had two blinkie machines & some tearpads --- not too many couponers shop there I think.
Blinkies were for I-CAPs and Halls cough drops. Forgot what the tearpads were.
