Thread Details

I think this would be a great outlet to post our concerns, rants, etc.....on our WAGS experiences due to low stock, new ECers, & S&Gers.

For what it's worth I do believe that low stock is more of an issue than S&Gers, but they and new ECers are definitely playing a huge role in the issues that we are all encountering. Frown

I have scoured my 11/11 SS and the 3 1/06 SS inserts 3 times and am unable to find the Chloraseptic $1.00 cpn. Would someone be kind enough to tell me which 1/6 SS it is in and where it might be found?
I'm afraid this was a regional coupon and I'm out of luck on this one but wanted to check with others.

TIA.

In my 11/11 SS, it is about 3/4 the toward the back, takes up the entire half of the bottom page, and has a big picture of a tea cup next to it. Above it is an ad/q for Oxiclean.

Thank you! As I feared I didn't get the coupon. Looks like I'll have to rely on the beeper IVC.

I found it in the 1/6 SS also. It's the Yellow one with the Entrees, Snacks, and Salads on it. It's on the second page, top panel.

You reported your own husband? Huh

If I were you, I wouldn't expect flowers for Valentine's Day. Unsure

No, I explained in my first post that DH submitted a ticket to fix the IVC for Chloraseptic but as we all see nothing was done... the other person thought that I sent my husband to the store to ask the manager to do this and the manager didn't do it so I should report them. I responded that my husband IS the SM to try and clear up confusion.... So basically, no I didn't report my husbandLMAO and yes a ticket was submitted to fix this and yet nothing was done...

Love the B1G1F and get 2000 points on children's walgreens brand of benadryl! Had to RUN to WAGS after the school let DD eat peanut butter at lunch and she's highly allergic. 2 bottles for $5 + 2000 points is a decent deal for this. Children's is always so much pricier that the adult stuff.
Sorry for OT: You probably already know this and each child is different, but I just wanted to urge you to consider keeping an Epi-pen (if you don't already) at school and one at home for your daughter's peanut allergy, especially if she is highly allergic. My daughter is also highly allergic to peanuts and treenuts (anaphylactic) and I have four pairs of Epipens, in addition to Benadryl........2 pairs at her school, one in her school bag and one pair at home (that goes where ever she goes). A severe allergic reaction (one that involves airways...anaphylactic) can occur with even trace amount of nuts (my dd is contact allergic) and benadryl will NOT be able to stop it. Benadryl is okay for minor reactions like rashes and a few hives/itching etc. but won't do anything for an actual anaphylactic reaction. Also, food allergy reactions are very unpredictable......one reaction may involve just a few hives, but the next one may be life-threatening, so it is always a good idea to have an Epipen handy.
Hope you don't mind me bringing this up........food allergies are a pain and it's not easy living with them hug (especially for little children who can't understand why they cannot have what their friends are eating!).

We have an Epipen at the school, asthma inhaler and benadryl. Thankfully we've never had to use the Epipen!! I'm really, reallly unhappy about today. DD is 6 and is very aware of her allergy, but for some reason ordered a PBJ at lunch! EEK! I'm not sure what happened there, but she is only in Kindergarten and the system failed on multiple counts today. The lunch computer has her allergy noted in it and they are not supposed to sell her that! Her old school district was not peanut-free, but no nuts were sold on the lunch menu, period. PBJ became Sunbutter&J. Smilie Wish this school would do the same, at least for the little ones. Her school nurse had at least 15 epipens in the office telling me we are not alone...

Oh wow, that's crazy that they let her buy a PB&J sandwich! EEK! My dd (5 yrs old) is also in Kindergarten but our county only has 3-hour Kindergarten, so they don't eat anything, not even a snack, at school since it's so short a time...takes away from learning they say (hey, I'm fine with that, lol!). However, next year I'm going to be a nervous wreck when she has full day school and has to eat lunch in the cafeteria (I will be packing her lunch, but still....). She does have a detailed IHCP (Individual Health Care Plan) at school and I am considering getting a 504 Plan for next year. However, the school (as well as our county) is extremely accomodating about food allergies. Her classroom is peanut and nut free (actually food-free!) and the staff and other parents are very understanding and careful. The cafeteria has also switched to Sunbutter, so now there is no peanuts or nut items sold in the cafeteria and we only have to worry about what other kids bring for lunch from home. She is also very vocal about her allergies and will refuse any food given to her by others.
It is still nerve racking though.... I'm glad your daughter is okay! I would be scheduling a meeting with the school to find out how exactly all the safeguards were breached and she ended up getting a peanut butter sandwich! Good luck!

Oh, and thanks for the HU on the Benadryl....I need to get some Smilie

Anyone else struggling with the 1 cent increase in postage? I have a couple of rolls of those Forever stamps so I never thought anything about it when I paid bills last week and used my own stamps, the ones that we all found on clearance at Wags. Those make-your-own postage DVD's?

Yeah, anyhow, so I used those and mailed some stuff. Well today a few things came back to me marked "insufficient postage". I was really confused so I went up to the PO and after standing in line for 15 minutes, the cashier pointed at my cute little beach stamps, blah, blah, blah..... Okay, I get it, sorry, wasn't thinking.

So sell me some one cent stamps then, right? Wrong. "Your stamps have already been through the machine and marked as used postage, you need new stamps." What? Annoyed FINE! I go out to my car and get out some cute little beach stamps (I keep extras in my coupon caddy, just in case.) I removed the old stamps, placed new ones on and back into the PO I go. Another 10 minutes in line, show her the envies. Okay, NOW sell me some one cent stamps, eh, Cupcake? "I'm so sorry, we're all out of one-cent stamps. I can sell you some 46-cent stamps."

My husband has no idea how close I came to going to jail today ... over 4 cents.

Either you haven't had your hair done recently (gotta look good for that mug shot, right?) or you decided to let "cupcake" LMAO live for some other reason...

You're a better person than I am. Wink

Help! Free Purina One Beyond cat food coupons expire Wed. 1/13 and I haven't been able to find this stuff in the 16oz carton size anywhere. Have any of you been able to find it? Where? If you used this q for $3.25 off a 3-lb bag instead, how much did you pay? I really would hate to waste these qs, especially with so many shelters and pet owners around who could use this stuff, including me!
