SoCal 3-Day, One Per Park Disneyland Tickets $139. Park Hopper Ticket $154
New Disneyland ticket promo for SoCal residents starting today. $139 for 3-Day, one park per day tickets and $15 more to upgrade them to park hopper tickets.

So Cal Resident 3-Day, 1-Park Per Day $139 Promotional Ticket and $154 3-Day Park Hopper:
Tickets are valid only for Southern California residents within ZIP codes 90000-93599 and Northern Baja California residents within ZIP codes 21000-22999 and proof of residency is required for purchase and admission. The $139 Disneyland Resort ticket is valid for three (3) 1-day, 1-park admissions to either Disneyland or Disney California Adventure park, but not to both parks on the same day. The $154 Disneyland Resort Park Hopper ticket is valid for three (3) days of admission to both parks on the same day. First use of either ticket must occur on or before September 5, 2011, and tickets expire 45 days from first use. Blockout days apply from July 2, 2011 to July 4, 2011; August 21, 2011 to August 22, 2011. Each day of use constitutes one full day of use. May purchase up to five (5) tickets per person per day with valid ID. Tickets may not be sold or transferred for commercial use. Offer may not be combined with other discounts or promotions. Tickets not valid before June 3. 2011. Subject to restrictions and change without notice.
From what I understand, ID isn't checked at the gate for the most part.
