Just FYI. Decided to return some of the pairs I bought. At the Crocs website, there is no mention of an option of returning them to a local store. Called their online CS department and was told that some stores will accept returns, some won't. Was also told that you can't get a refund at the store, only a credit.

Then I called the local store (Lancaster, PA). Nice associate there said that they would take them back and yes, they would give me a refund.

Just sayin'.
