These HTiB probably don't have any HDMI inputs or switching capability because they are the cheaper/lower cost models.
People can sort of get around the lack of HDMI inputs by plugging their PS3 or XBox 360 via HDMI into a HD TV and then routing the audio back to this HTiB via the digital optical cable. That's what my brother does with his cheap Panasonic system. I realize this is not possible if you don't have an open HDMI input on your TV. In that case, you will need to get an HDMI hub or just keep looking for another deal. This sales price for the refurbished unit is 20% off of the usual Sony Outlet Store price. C-Net gave this model a four-star (Excellent) rating last July.
