Yes, you usually do. It also usually shows the free period dates on your monthly bills so you don't forget.

Thanks! Just signed up myself and it works Smilie

just remember to cancel, this is only a good deal if you don't get stuck with a month of charges because you forgot.

I'm getting this message. Is this right???

"You are placing an order for Fully Loaded Movie Package.

You will be charged an additional $24 / month . Your Programming list will be updated within 2 hours."

My advice is to not do it.

Seriously, canceling any part of service with FIOS is a PAIN. You wait on the phone for half an hour, talk to somebody that says they'll cancel it, only to be hit with the bill next month. You repeat this process several times and finally rectify it.

Unless you REALLY want this, the trouble of canceling is simply not worth the 3 month of free movies. Just get netflix.

I have part of the package already ... I guess I don't qualify because it only shows 39.99. Anyone else? Am I doing it wrong?

OP, you need to mention:
Offer for new HBO customers only...
So if you got your 3 free months already (like me) you probably cant do this.

I called to cancel my free 3 month multi-room DVR bundle. Of course I was a couple weeks late so had to pay for a month of the service. While I was on the line with CS they told me you can actually cancel subscriptions straight from your set-top box without calling.

Except for the fact that once your free trial expires you can no longer view any content recorded from the premium channels .

I didn't get that message. Anyone who does this - put a reminder on your calendar for Sep 22 - CANCEL MOVIE BUNDLE... I know I'd forget otherwise haha!!

Thanks OP! I think I am set.

Said you will be charged 39.99 (3 months free) at the end and will be updated in 2 hours!

And a few times that I wanted HBO for the month I was always able to cancel right online.
