WHERE TO FIND CODES:
1. FOUNTAIN CUPS: Look behind the sticker of specially marked 32 oz. fountain cups of A&W® at participating A&W Restaurants locations. One sticker per cup.
2. COMBO MEALS: Look for stickers on specially marked All American Combo boxes and 32 oz fountain cups of A&W at participating A&W Restaurants, Inc. locations. Total of 3 stickers per Combo Meal (2 per box and 1 per 32oz cup).
FREE CODES/STICKERS: Print your actual name and residential address (as they appear on your driver's license or government identification) (No P.O. boxes), telephone number, date of birth, on a 3.5 x5 piece of paper and a self-addressed stamped envelope (Residents of Vermont may omit return postage) and mail, in an envelope with proper postage affixed, to A&W Rip to Ride Free Code Request c/o Brandmovers, Inc., P.O. Box 94079, Atlanta, GA 30377. Requests must be postmarked by August 20, 2011 and received by September 16, 2011. Each mail-in request must be mailed a separately postmarked outer envelope. No mechanical reproductions permitted. Free game pieces will be emailed to entrant at the email stated in the request. Three (3) free Game Pieces will be mailed per each request.

There's no longer an A&W near where I live, so I'll be using the SASE method. As the op mentioned, Three (3) free Game Pieces will be mailed per each request, limited use of 3 codes per day, per person.
