Is there a free software that I can use to create a fillable PDF form from a PDF file without using Adobe Acrobat.

Thanks

I'm pretty sure you can do this in MS Word 2007 or 2010 - never done it myself, tho.

Word doesn't have that capability - it only has the ability to make a new form from scratch.

Sorry OP, but the only free way to get it done is to ask for someone with a full copy of Adobe to do it for you.

Do you want to edit the PDF yourself, or do you want it to be an editable (by others) PDF?
If you simply want to edit it yourself, you might look at...

You could try Googling for other options (how I came across the above two), but nothing comes to mind.

Free, no catch, no registration required. I've used it before a few times when I was at work and didn't have my Adobe professional readily at hand.

I use FoxIt reader. It lets me put info on the fillable pdf, save it and/or print it.
