Well, I hope it is so --- I have a stack of VitaminWater MQs BUT doesn't CVS usually limit how many beverage items are included to reach the required amount for the gas card?

I'd wait for the ad scan before ordering any Qs

Yeah; I'm hoping that CVS includes Honest Tea in the gas card deal with no limit so I can stock up. I easily maxed it out the 5/$5 get $2 ECB every week its been in existence.

Even if there's a limit, it's just on a per-transaction basis - so I'm pretty sure you could just split your drinks up into multiple transactions, and everything would still count toward the $30 needed for the gas card.

Also, to be perfectly honest...even when there's been a limit stated in the ad in the past on items for these gas card deals, I've yet to run into an item where the limit has actually been enforced by the register.

ETA: Actually, now that I think about it, I've definitely surpassed the limit before on an item that was counting toward a gas card deal - the very first week, Edy's ice cream was listed as limit 4 in the ad. I bought a total of 8 ice creams that week, although they were in 2 separate transactions, and they all counted toward my gas card deal no problem.

Yeah, I got mixed up reading it -- wishful thinking but they have included Honest Tea in sales without listing it in the ad. I have VitaminWater Qs too.

SHOUT coupon

Just a reminder, if anyone has unopened Shout Catcher boxes -- most of them have two MQs printed on the inside of the box. One of the MQs is 0.55/1 Shout stain remover (12/31/11). The Shout Catcher boxes DO NOT have any indication on the exterior that they contain MQs.

If you didn't get the IP & if there aren't any forth coming insert Qs then this is an option for some people who want to get Shout as part of the gas deal.

I tried buying 1 extra once when Pepsi was limit 5 or something because I wanted to get to $20... it rang up full price, so be careful. It may apply to the gas card amount, but if an item is on sale, you may pay more after the limit.

I had no trouble exceeding the Sobe maximum this week in two transactions exceeding the limit (10 vs 8), They all counted for the deal.

I've seen it once, with Coke and the 79 cent price tag. Tried to buy 6 (limit was 5, apparently, despite no being in the ad or on the sign) and the last one rang up $1.99.

edit: saw Akazo's response too, maybe just the soda deals have hard limits on the registers? I've never seen it with another product, FWIW.

always love when complete is on sale. i use Complete, can't get enough!
