Is the Abbey sectional smaller than the Dellamore? I glanced at it at the store today and thought it looked smaller but in the costco collection it appears to be the same size.

Can you please tell me the dimensions shown on the carton in this photo? I see that it breaks it down with the dimensions of each of the three pieces (ottomen, armed chairs and chairs with back). I'm just trying to devise a configuration that might fit in my space.

Disappointed with Dellamore Purchase
I have also posted this in fatwallet.comI actually bought two sets of these and I am VERY VERY disappointed. The cushions crush down and do not come back to the original shape so the corners look very wrinkly. So basically the sets already look old even though I've only had them for a few days. I haven't even cut off the tags! Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it? It seems like a lot of trouble to try to return them so I feel like I have wasted over $2K. I had rented a truck and had thrown away all the boxes. On the positive side, you do get a lot of seating for a very good price. I've compared it to Macy's This 'n That set that costs $2699 for 6 pieces. |

This, like the other couches made by this company (which contain the same coushining) are terrible. We have one of the Emerald Home 2 seat + Chaise couch. While i love the style of the couch, the seat cushions are quite awful. The issue is that like many other have stated, the foam sinks down, and requires you to flip the cushions only to have it sink in the opposite direction because the foam has been semi-permanently crushed. Eventually they do appear to spring back out, but only to crush back down again when you sit on them.
This results in spots of the couch becoming depressed and you get the "hilly" effect. The couch could be great, if not for these terrible seat cushions. I say -- AVOID -- -- On another note, i am seeking alternative filling for the cushions. The couch only cost us $400 so if i spend another $100 in filling that isn't terrible, it could be worth it. |

i will probably use this couch until the next furniture sale and then exchange it out... we get a lot of compliments on it just from the size alone but any part you sit or lay on instantly becomes smooshed and the foam doesn't come back up. also, the pieces don't line up the way they should.
how is costco with furniture returns? i assume ok - i returned an outdoor pool after the filter crapped out after 2 years. |
