Yep! Although just the other day my Lowes denied the 40% off Truevalue coupon. That's the first time they've denied me and I use these coupons alot. The guy said they do not accept percentage off coupons since their prices are higher (good point...). I told him I would just go to Home Depot and they would take it. Well I did... and they did!
