I agree, with the last study I realized that one of my video freeze midway but I already clicked submit. I emailed the customer rep for help and got reply back a few hours later.

You can't hear anything for your video while recording? If so I might have some tips to help with that in the future. I was having trouble seeing my picture while recording and realized I did not have the right video camera chosen. So if you right click on the video window, you can select which microphone, video camera, and audio settings to use.

I am not sure if that is what you were referring to, if not give us some more info so we can help sort it out.

As for the kids playing with buttons, my fiancees cousins have their parents Iphones in their hands more than the parents do, so I can understand. I could only imagine what settings are mixed up on their phones when they get those back.
