My credit score used to be 830 and now they show it as 798. Why did it go down? I have applied for no card, no loans and I pay my credit card bills in full every month. I get a C rating for open credit card utilization. Guess I should be using the store cards more and not always MC and Discover.

Do we only have to register or do we also have to input our ss#? I went ahead and registered via the link but I won't be able to get to my ss card until later on tonight (never bothered to memorize it  ).

signed up, I did not see the new box that is called "credit alerts"? I only see Automatic Score Updates, and a checkmark in that box. is that what you mean?

I have email support@creditkarma.com but haven't received any update. By the time I get a response I wont have this offer available :-( . There should be an option to reactivate an account. Doesn't let me sign up with any other email address either. Says duplicate account. Can't reset password as I get account deactivated message.

Sounds ok, but the only difference from the usual free CK service is that they email you every night? Since I don't really want a daily email I guess I don't really need the SD deal.
