Digital camera: Sony DSC-TX100 or HV9X
Hi,
I'm looking to get a new camera. I want a simple point and shoot with 1080p recording and maybe a few extra bells and whistles for me to play with once I understand more about photography.
I've found two sony cameras that potentially work for my needs:
TX100 [sony.com]
and
HX9V [sony.com]
I realize that the former is an ultra compact and the later is not. Besides the size and zoom difference, what else should I look at?
I assume having a wider lens on the HX9V means more light going to the sensor and hence a better picture.
Which one would you choose, if the size and zoom is not of concern?
