I got an e-mail from GAC apologizing and adjusting my account to give me the 500points.It took them long enough!

Blinded by Science I answered Andes and it was wrong.According to the encyclopedia all of the answers are wrong,it is the Barberton Greenstone Belt in Eastern Africa.That was not a choice so I went with Andes ans it was wrong.

Blinded by Science-I answered the andes and it was wrong.According to the encyclopedia the Barberton Greenstone Belt in Eastern Africa is the oldest followed by the Urals.None of these were a choice.I wrote to GAC so we see what happens.

I got the mountain ranges right away , Cokittkat . it was of the CHOICES GIVEN out of the 3 answers.

The actual question reads : Which of the following is the oldest mountain range on Earth? And the following is as listed : Andes( in South America , Rockies( in North America and the Highlands( in Scotland) .

KeithFan, I found another way to save points from expiring. Its not pretty but you can purchase chances in "Scratch and Win", they are saved in your account until you use them. The problem is you can only cashout your winnings. I purchased 1000 chances at 500 points each and let me tell you it is taking FOREVER to use them. There is always that chance of losing, but what the heck, its no worse than buying those lottery tickets!

Update: it took me a little over two hours to play those 1000 chances and I ended up winning my inital investment plus an extra 30500 points. For the 3,000,000 points you are trying to save it would take you about 12-14 hours. I'll let you decide if its worth it.

Troubador, thank you so much for trying to help me save my 3,000,000 points! You've invested more time in saving them, than I have! I'm glad you got 30,500 points for your efforts! If I don't do something by June 1, they're gone anyway, so at this point, I might as well take a chance! Thanks again! (ps...I'd rep you if I could, but I get that nasty little message to spread it around....but I really do appreciate your help)

I thought the question was which is the oldest range on Earth?GAC offered 3 answers and none of them was technically correct.None of the 3 is the highest mountain range on Earth.It is confusing when all the choices are wrong.They should add "among the 3 listed", which they did not.Betwwen wrong answers and things like this, the trivia can be very frustrating.Take care and may God Bless each one of you cokittykat:pray"
