this looks perfect for my Hackintosh build. I just bought the MoBo and CPU from Microcenter, might as well go for this card as well.
If I don't game often (very rarely) but want to do some semi-pro video/photo editing (for web and print), is this card overkill? What would you recommend? Greetings from the Garden State ![]() |

Really? I thought cpu power was most important in video editing follow by hard drive speed and system memory with the videocard being less important than all of those. Unless you have software that can take advantage of specific types of videocards (CUDA). |

not a good deal.
$149.99*1.06=158.98-50=108. For only $14 more, you can get a GTX 460 1gb that is waaaaaaaaay better. The only reason one would buy is b/c of passively cooled, even then it's a stretch. http://slickdeals.net/forums/show...?t=3106314 and that's not even a special or "slick" deal. |
