I've got this monitor - its great for gaming and good color on it after you do some calibrating...
Only downside is some slight ghosting that occurs when you have a really white screen - IE, you can see your mouse pointer trailing if you have a white screen up... |

Thanks for the response. Sorry for the late reply. I actually purchased this and its awesome!. Not sure what you mean by calibrating. I simply select 'game mode' or 'theater' mode. Fill me in if there's anything i'm missing. Thanks

A CFL monitor is not bad at all, but LEDs offer less power usage and longer life. |

I have the VE228H, which is the 22' version of this monitor and it looks absolutely beautiful. Took my eyes some times to adjust after switching from a laptop to a desktop but I would never go back
