Bike Tire Question -- 121/2 x 1.75 x 21/4 on a Skuut -- What is it?

I purchased an used Skuut with a blown-out tire (seems to be a common problem reading reviews online) for a VERY good price...

I'm trying to get a replacement tire, but cannot figure out what the 121/2 x 1.75 x 21/4 is / how/where I can get one. (Looking online, it looks like it's some sort of European sizing; if I lived in Europe, I found a site that I could buy from.)

BUT... As I live in the US, can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks in advance

I think you are over thinking the size if it was European it would be metric

Can you pist pics of the tire info on the tire itself?

If it's this bike:
http://www.skuut.com/

I wonder if it's some sort of proprietary thing.

Anyway, this place lists a replacement tire for $10
