Now the SSD's on sale I assume they would only fit inside a desktop pc and not a laptop right?

No, most consumer SSDs will fit in laptops. Only a few are desktop sized or other odd interfaces. (the Corsair and the kingston both look like the right size for a laptop)

sweet, but are any of them worth buying? I havent bought an ssd in 2+ years when 32GB for the dell mini was 90 bucks EEK!

I want to see what all the hype is and is ssd faster than this slow moving 500GB sata drive
