$50 off – Target.com - Westinghouse 40" Class 1080p 60hz LCD HDTV - Black (VR-4025)

I looked around and actually this isn't a bad price on a 40" 1080p HDTV. So I was at the store and they had one left and I ended up getting it yesterday.

So here is my mini review of the Westinghouse VR-4025 40" LCD HDTV (I couldn't find any reviews on any of the normal places for it, including Amazon, Buy.com and Target).
For the money the TV is very nice. The screen does not have any of the low quality issues I've seen with other Westinghouse brand TVs. The VR-4025 has a very clear picture which stays clear even when watching dark scenes. It has 2xHDMI ports.

The only complaint I could say about it right now is that when switching resolutions (like my PS3 does almost every time you change the screen) the TV is slow to update and will say No Signal, then Detecting Signal longer then it should.

I was able to use my Target Debit card and save another 5% (almost $20) off the $399 price, which basically paid for tax.
