This is what I did successfully a few weeks ago on a Staples order...

1) 25off75 coupon codes can be obtained from either ebay or Hotcoupon4u for a couple of dollars.
2) Once you have the coupon code, call Staples and ask for a price match.
3) After they agree to the PM, tell them you have a coupon code you would like to apply.

I just ordered one and didn't have trouble doing this. I did it via online chat, however.
1-"obtain" coupon code
2-contact chat and tell then youd like to price match the printer to Newegg, and make sure the agent will match the $79.99+$1.99shipping. they will then tell you to submit an order and give them the order number
3-ask if you should apply your coupon when checking out. i just told them i had a coupon from a mailer. they will tell you yes, apply it at purchase. this is basically to get it in writing that the coupon won't affect the PM. you shouldn't have trouble but better safe than sorry.
4-give them your order number and they will process the credit back as a refund of ~$20 depending on tax in your area.

let me know if you have any trouble. main thing is to get them to say they will match neweggs price of $79.99 and also let them know you have a coupon. but i find it better to tell them about the coupon after you get them to agree to PM but before you order cause technically i think the coupon is supposed to be deduced from the price difference.

The other poster simply edited his post to reflect this Newegg deal after seeing Newegg has it for $79.99

Just got off the phone with Staples rep. I asked them to PM with B&H (only 79.95 free shipping which is better than Newegg because Newegg have $1.99 shipping) and they have no problem taking 25off75 coupon. Great deal. I have been waiting for a Brother with duplex printing to go on sale for a long time. Thank you very much!

B&H just dropped the price again on this printer... Back down to 79.95. Hopefully we can get in on this deal.

I ordered this printer this morning. Just got off the phone price matching to B&H, took maybe two minutes. After price match-$25 off $75-$38 rewards= my cost $18.13. Great deal, this will replace my Samsung ml-2510. Thank you OP
