updating backyard power to shed

the neighbor let me know yesterday evening that in the morning at 5:30 am he was emptying out trash and he heard a loud noise on our side of the privacy fence. he said that when he looked over he saw a guy and yelled at him to leave else he would shoot. he said the guy ran to the back of the yard and climbed over the privacy fence. when i checked sure enough it looked if something had tried to step on some scraps of fence wood we had against the fence up near the house, as the wood looked like it gave out and fell. hopefully the prowler fell hard!

so, its time to upgrade the power to the shed in back of the yard. what i plan on doing is buying about 17-20 PVC 1/2" pipes and running permanent power to the shed. this way i can add some motion detector flood lights and also use wireless remote controls to toggle the power on and off to make the lights go on and stay on when i want/need.

right now as it is there is just an Ethernet (POE) cable in a garden house to the shed for a camera.

will there be any problem using PVC pipe and putting both power and Ethernet in the same pipe. not in city limits so no permit required.
