tl;dr
I couldn't tell what kind of site it was in the first 2-3 seconds so I moved on (and really ... does any site need a scroll bar that long?) |

these kind of sites spam all the financial site all the time.

 I would never use a site that has stuff popping up all the time. HATE it!

Took forever to see where his recommendations were located and then there was not explanation as to the reason for his choosing that company. I wouldn't sign up for his emails based on the looks of his site.

I agree with everyone. Having anything pop up in the first few seconds of my visit is a sure fire way to get me to leave your site, and significantly lower my opinion of your company.

The banner at the bottom is annoying. Too much blank space everywhere. Black is never a good color for a website. Unless your 16 and have your own geocities website.
 I see free and subscribe, but it is not apparent right away for what.

It kind of reminds me of a banner ad, but it consumes the whole page.
