Texas Instruments Calculator, TI-84 Silver Edition, Walmart, $95 Plus Tax, Free Shipping to Home

I would think you could take this and do a PM at Staples, and then take $25 off $75. That would be $70 + tax, which would be a great deal for a TI-84 Plus.

I am trying to determine if Staples has a product to price match to this Silver Edition. Staples Plus Edition has 1.5MB flash memory, 24KB RAM. http://www.staples.com/Texas-Inst...-nr_566642 And the Silver Edition Wal-Mart has 480KB Flash; 24KB RAM. Any thoughts?

That looks like the correct match. Use the comparison chart in the first post and you'll see that there are only two TI-84 models. And only one of those has 1.5MB of memory.

Will Staples allow the use of a coupon on a price match?

And which coupons are you using -- the ones you can buy on ebay or something?

Man these things keep their value. First used calculator in early 1990s. Still have it and bust it out for finance stuff.

you must be looking at an amazon affiliate, look on the right you should see more buying choices, and then amazon as an option at $95

The online Chat guy at Staples said they would match to this one, silver only. I swear I saw the pink instore so I am going to check on that and will post my findings. Meanwhile here is the one you can via online price match:

I'd like to share my experience with Staples price match. A couple of weeks ago, Target had TI84 Silver edition for $99, at the same time, Staples had 20% off one item coupon. So I just brought Target printed ad to Staples and asked if they'd do price match. The cashier consulted manager, who approved it. At check out, I asked if I can use 20% coupon on top of it, the cashier took it without any problem. I think I also used a 5 off 25 coupon, couldn't remember it now, but somehow, my total was around $75.

When they check the Target ad, they don't look into the specifics, they'll price match as long as it's the silver edition as stated in the ad. They let me pick whatever color that's available in the store.

Just get your Android rooted and download the TI calculator app. It does everything the TI calculator does. It was taken out of the android app store but you can find the unofficial version floating on the web

Yep, you're correct - my bad. Either one would be the same for me - I pay tax at both Walmart and Amazon (I live in Washington). It's still $95 at Amazon for those that don't get hit with tax shopping at Amazon.
