IMO the bundle #2 had better games so this is an awesome deal. It seems as if Cortex Command is not included on steam, but the other 4 games are.

OK, you have to return to the page where you got your Steam activation key, and another key is now available to activate the Humble Bundle #2

I don't think so. Onlive is trying to make money (they had some good deals few months ago). Now their sale suck. Look at their game library. Lol.
Probably they will start to charge for the Onlive service when they have enough members.
Btw, you cannot use mods with Onlive. I really want to play Just Cause 2 mods.

Cortex Command is not yet completed. No SP campaign yet, among other things.
