Get a $5 eBay Gift Certificate When You Use Ebay's New "Instant Sale" iPhone App

Basically, if you sell an electronic device on ebay using this iphone app, ebay will give you a $5 certificate. I'm not sure what they're prices are like, if you'd be better off auctioning it anyway, but it looks like it's quick, painless, and they provide free shipping.
EDIT: I fixed the title to note that A) It's only for iPhone and B) it requires a completed sale. Also, note that Instant Sale is an ebay promotion, so it's not some third-party company
