Tax would put me $182.20 when all said and done.

I think I'd go for the Plextor 128GB deal instead, $180 shipped no rebate. Same controller as the Intel 510 and Crucial M4 drives (and thankfully not Sandforce).

Edit: It looks like this P3 uses the same Marvell controller.................nice!

More reliability issues. although OCZ claims <2% or was it <1% failure/issue rate.
Also higher compatibility issues.
Crucial and Intel are better choices for stability reasons.
