Opened my mail today to find a "our gift to you" flyer with a coupon for $10 off a $10 or more purchase. No exclusions other than Sephora, jcp.com or in combination with other coupons.

May be a unique bar code since the associate procedures read:
1. Verify offer dates
2. Verify certificate is ORIGINAL (actually written in caps)
3. Scan barcode
4. Mark an "X" through the barcode
5. Place certificate in media bag
