Staples Stores [staples.com] have the 750GB Western Digital My Passport Essential SE USB 3.0 Portable Hard Drive for $89.99.
If you pricematch target's sale price of $59.99, and apply the 20% off Printable Coupon, you can get the drive for $60 - 20% Coupon [staples.com] ($12) = $48 otd.
Pretty simple deal, just remember to print out the price from target's weekly ad [target.com], and print out the 20% staples in-store coupon [staples.com].

Theres no reason you should thumb down a deal if you haven't even tried it yet. It isn't even very farfetched and involves a legitimate staples coupon that works for the item. This is a good deal, have some respect for someone who's been doing this for a long time. I'll label as YMMV, please update if you are able to get this!
