What is Panasonic's Return Policy?
Products may be returned for credit within 30 days from the date the product was delivered to your home for a 15% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the return shipping cost unless the merchandise is damaged or defective. If after 30 days your product becomes defective, please follow the Warranty Policy included with the product. We will issue a credit to your credit card for authorized returns upon receiving and inspecting the returned product. We do not credit the original shipping cost, nor the return shipping cost (unless the merchandise is damaged or defective, or you refused delivery on the original shipment). All returns must include the main unit, accessories, original carton, and packing materials. Unless defective or damaged from shipment, all items must be returned without scratches, dents, or other damage to receive credit. Credit will be issued after the product has been received and inspected by the Panasonic Return Center. Return fees are applied as a reduction to the refund amount. Returning a product without the proper Return Authorization will delay the processing of your credit.
Please note: We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased from Panasonic Employee Purchase Program. The terms and conditions of the Panasonic.com return policy are subject to change without notice.
