Deal Details

Got a postcard from the LA Times with an offer to renew my subscription for Sunday paper delivery for a year for $10, which comes to 19.2 cents a week. Not quite as good as the $9.88 a year offer (19 cents a week) that was around recently but I can deal with the extra 1/5 of a penny cost each week (12 cents more for the year) than that deal. The link to renew is at www.latimes.com/renewtoday and it seems like it would work fine for new subscriptions too. You can also call 866-946-9232 and mention code: JUST10.

I got the 9.88 deal in Sept 2010. When I log in it shows a 9.88 renewal option until Sept 2012.

Current Option >> 52 9.88 9.88 09/09/2012

Save the 12 cents if you are already a 9.88 subscriber. Smilie

Oh how I miss this type of deals Frown I recently moved away from SoCal and I have to pay $6/month for 1/3 of what I get from LA Times. Oh well, I will cancel soon - just want to check it out but it's totally not worth it.

Even I got a renewal notice and it also said if you signup for EZpay (Automatic payments) then you would get $10 Target Giftcard. You could either reply to the letter or call (I don't remember the #) and tell them code AC and sign up for EZPay.

I used a NYC address and the transaction went through...

I did this deal last time it was on Slick, over a year ago. $9.98 and if your sign up for EZ pay you got a $10 Target GC which I did get. I got a 9.98 charge on my CC about a month ago. I called and they confirmed it was for one more year of Sunday delivery so apparently they let the promo rate roll over, or at least they did last time around.
