This was $60 a while back, IIRC. So not the lowest. Still an awesome price though. Thinking of getting a couple more for NAS.

 $135 for 2 or $67.50 ea. I think I'll wait for the Hitachi deal to come around. Very tempted to get another account to pick up 2.

This is not a system drive, but a storage drive. So, you will get to see your pron just as fast with a SATA II drive as you would with SATAIII, heck, even with PATA 33, it will load up before you get your self all situated and comfortable...

Man, if this was only not SuperBiiz.. They shipped my drive from the $65 deal in just a cardboard clamshell. No foam padding, no bubble wrap. I could feel it shifting around by just moving it side to side gently. Who knows how many bumps it had on the way to my house. Drive scan came up with 3 errors, bad sectors, RAM verify error, and some checksum mismatches in the read/write test. RMA'd yesterday. Luckily I was able to push for a prepaid return label.

Might be a stupid question but what did you use to scan it? I ordered one last time too and that is how mine shipped. I did a windows scan, came back without any errors. Want to make sure I am not missing something, cause the packaging worried me too.
