Nice deal. No questionable antics either. Unlike some deals that require PM + coupon + coupon + etc + etc and are huge YMMV. It makes me upset as I bought a 2TB for more than this last month. TU and repped.

im so sick of these staples posts with the $25 off coupon. You know what? If you buy a $25 off coupon then *anything* you buy at staples will be a good price. Paying for a coupon isnt a deal.

Great price!! However, I think I will hold off as the reviews are not so great.. Not worth the risk of me losing a lot of data just to save a few bucks.. Good find though

get a better computer (or case or whatever is holding you back) and you won't need a NAS, there's a slick deal

at any rate, 2TB samsungs were back down to $65 from superbiiz just a few days ago, and there was that amazing acomdata 2x2TB external deal for ~$110 about a month ago, I got one of those strictly for backups but would obviously still be a good deal if you tossed the enclosure. tempted to replace my last few <1.5TB drives but I keep telling myself I can wait...

are you retarded? did you register just to simultaneously triple post *and* beg for a coupon? there is no "the" coupon, they're all single-use, you need to buy them from ebay. keep in mind that they're not "real" coupons even when they work, and that you're basically ripping staples off. most people don't seem to mind, because the prevailing opinion is that if staples really cared, they'd fix their system.

I always cringe when I see crap like this, this annoys me almost as much as "i don't buy <brand x> hard drives because i had one and it died and made me sad and i'm a big fat idiot who doesn't understand statistics". all hard drives will fail at some point (not strongly correlated to age, unless you are using very old drives) and you will rarely have any warning. externals do tend to die if you knock them over at an unlucky time or whatever, but these aren't going to be worse than others, but more importantly, you shouldn't have that much faith in any hard drive. if you're ever in a situation where you can "lose a lot of data" because one hard drive failed then you have no one to blame but yourself. if you "can't risk it" then switch to stone tablets.

if you buy the coupon from a reputable seller, they will not be fake and I attached the screen shot with the total coupon for $52($30+$22)
