Great deal BUT in case anyone asks, this is usually for bulking since it has a lot of calories.

I might pick it up, interesting. BTW, OP, I think you'd be getting more love if you threw "protein" in the title. I couldn't find this thread by searching. Just my two cents.

Ummm, no it is not. I am a weight loss surgery patient and use it to supplement my required 60grams of daily protein intake. Get your facts straight before posting hun.


Oh and for those of us who do know what it's for. I ended up ordering the 1lb. Banana Creme for $9.84 with free shipping, and S&S. I like the smaller sizes... I'm usually tired of the flavor within a week or so.

Ummm, yes it is. Granted, I just use exercise and diet to lose fat, not surgery, but I can still read labels. Muscle Milk has a lot more fat and carbohydrates (310 calories, 12g fat, 18g carbs, 32g protein) than a regular protein powder supplement (140 calories, 0.5g fat, 2g carbs, 32g protein). Muscle Milk is more of a "mass gainer"/bulker than a protein supplement, and even on sale it's costing more per gram of protein because a given size tub only contains about half as many grams of protein as protein powder does.
