I applied for it with $0 loaded and input the code, however they don't make any reference to the code or a free $25 gift card. If it does work, pretty slick deal considering free $25...
|

This ia a link to FAQ and regarding SSN this is by american express not by any third party and if you already have american express CC then they already have yous SSN... so i dont know what's ths issue besides this it is safe to give away to kids to use as it is prepaid and with limit set without any private data |

Plus, if AMEX denies the $25 Gift Card (which they have in the past) with the Pass Cards, people could use the scan as leverage. |
