Did a search and didn't see anything similar. I apologize if someone has posted this already.

Saw this offer from www.bankofamerica.com front page this morning, and almost stabbed myself in the heart since I signed up already last week and they won't let me take advantage of this. New cash rewards customers only, so don't bother if you already have the card.

Here is the card summary:
  • No annual fee
  • $150 signup bonus for spending $500 first 90 days
  • 3% (or 3.3%) on gas
  • 2% (or 2.2%) on grocery
  • 1% (or 1.1%) otherwise
  • Gas and grocery bonuses are limited to first $1500 combined spending every quarter
  • You get 10% extra when cash reward checks are deposited into a BoA checking or saving
  • Unlike earlier version of this card, you keep the bonus rate on gas and grocery forever, not just the first 6 months. good to have after your freedom 5% bonus on gas expired in sept.

Can you exchange the reward for cash?

This is not a gift card based reward like Thank you points?

no... they send out checks that you can deposit into any checking or savings.

Here are the small words in their terms:
Cash rewards shall be issued for a U.S. dollar sum in the form of a statement credit, a check, an electronic deposit to a checking or savings account of your choice, a payment towards a mortgage loan with Bank of America (excluding reverse mortgages) or a third party mortgage lender, or a charitable contribution.

I have two credit cards... 5% cash back on gas and 2% on everything else... no annual fee, no spending limit... extra warranty on items (apparently even covers when I personally destroy the item)... and it gives me money at the end of every statement automatically...

no such card exists, the best farking card available is AMEX BLACK but that is for billionaires only which I doubt would even come on to SD LMAOLMAO

for the 3% gas, what is the max ?
costco true earnings AMEX has $3000 limit before goes back to 1%.
