I had another interview today and what a story it was! *Updated *Updated again - Third Interview *UPDATED AGAIN I GOT AN OFFER!

Hachi Machi what a morning this was..



I had a second interview () with The Muscular Dystrophy Association this morning scheduled for 10am. So I got up at 8, took a shower, got dressed and left around 8:30, traffic was light so I got to the area of the interview about 40 minutes early. I went to Chik Fil A and got some chicken minis and ate in the parking lot.


So with a belly full of Delicious chicken minis and orange juice I got my stuff together and went up to the 12th floor, The door opened and there was a large lobby with like 5 people waiting to interview, I asked the lady about my appointment and she asked who it was with. I told her Amy and she looked at me funny and said there was no one there by that name. I instantly became pale and realized what happened. When I get an interview I put them down in a spread sheet with the name, time and address. However when I got the second interview I wasn't home so I put it in my phone. So what happened was I was at the place I had an interview with a 1pm today! I nearly dropped a load in my pants right then, it was 9:50 and I had a 10:00 appointment. I got in the elevator and got the correct address while I was going down put it in my gps and BOOKED it to the other place which was about 5 miles away. I got to the right place at 9:59. I looked flustered but luckily they gave me some materials to fill out before they let me in.




For a second interview I think I did really well actually, it was 2 and a half hours long! A particular high point was when they asked me one of those weird questions with no real answer and I nailed it so much that they called in another person so they could hear the answer.


Now I have 2 solid companies im waiting on. Im still waiting on Habitat for Humanity and now MDA

Awesome man, congrats, hope this works out! If you're lucky, you can make those two non-profits get into a bidding war to spend their profits all on your new salary and... oh wait, (j/k, but congrats again, that's great news!)

This cinches it. You will get the job. I lived in Houston and i now go there about once or twice a month and the only time I ever saw light traffic at 8:30 in the morning was during the oil embargo!
