What the Installation doc means is that you have to have a valid CableCARD inserted in the InfiniTV device when you set it up, due to the way Windows Media Center setup works. You can have other TV tuners on the same PC, including analog ones. So, yes, InfiniTV does play well with other types of TV tuners and we have many customers who have InfiniTV + and over-the-air tuner on the same PC.

As for Overstock.com, they are not one of our preferred retailers however it looks like they are selling InfiniTV (we weren't even aware of that). There are a number of retailers who buy directly from our distributor, so we're not aware of everyone who sells InfiniTV. As long as you're buying a brand new InfiniTV, have a valid proof of purchase, and it's within the warranty period, then it will be covered by the warranty. If they're selling used or refurbished devices then it would not be. You'd have to check with them on what exactly they're selling since we don't have a relationship with them.

I can't comment on future pricing I'm afraid. I will say though that it's not uncommon in this category of products to have holiday specials.

HMMM, decisions decisions. It's Nov 4th, Black Friday will be soon. I don't know how often or what the Overstock coupon situation will be at that time? Right now$289.99 - 7% = $269.69 - 3% Cashback either $8.70 or $8.09 depending on what they take the cashback off of total or after 7% off coupon + if you do the trial 0 rewards club (even if you don't buy?) it at least starts you off with ~$14.40 in rewards cash and saves you $2.95 cents shipping. ($269.69 - $8cb + $14.40 in O rewards to spend. I hardly EVER shop there because I can usually find things much cheaper else where. So when Ed flirts with the idea of a sale, will it be sub $250? Or would $50 off be about maximum? For example if Amazon ran these for $260 or less it would be far better with their return options than Overstock which charges a restocking fee if it's opened, you have to pay for shipping both ways if it's not defective OUCH!!! Amazon would be ideal on both those fronts.

Plus it's kind of early to be laying out $250 of holiday money... but seriously this thing is already priced $299.99 @ $75 per tuner vs HD Prime $250 @ $83.34 per tuner. Ceton has introduced a 4 tuner USB model as well?!? for $299.99.
I can live with it being $250 on black friday bc i'll have had a couple of weeks to play with it. But if it went $225 it would f-ing kill me for not being patient (after all I could have bought this WAY back in June for this price or less). Plus Overstock will have more coupons, just hard to know if it will have Cetons at that time. HELP!!! i'm drowning in my own mental-flippy-floppy-indecision
