Just upgraded my Citi Platinum Select card to Citi Preferred...25000 points will come handy when iPad 3 come out

Gotta tell you, Citibank has the worst CS in the industry. I'm not just talking about their call centers ringing non-English speakers in Asia (understandable, but frustrating). I'm talking about their CC user website being down since at least Saturday morning. Can't pay my bill, can't request rewards, etc.
Just wait for another card deal from another issuer. Thanks anyway, OP. |
