The video card is always the sticking point on these deals. Dell wants $260 to put a Radeon 6870 in it. Wow.

This looks like a nice deal. I'm thinking I should cancel my Outlet Alienware R3 order without a monitor and get this instead. I would sell the U2412 from this order since I already have a U2410. Decisions...
