I haven't tried the Skullcandy phones posted here so I saying "better quality" was a bit misleading of me -- the Sennheiser 201's are great and extraordinarily popular, they've been around for a while and have consistently been a top seller so their quality is well-trusted. The Skullcandy Agent might be better, I can't say, but the make & model isn't viewed as favorably as the Sennheiser 201.

It's the same as an LG HDTV exciting folks less than a Samsung or Sony. LG can make some quality products, but a trusted brand adds value.
