My nearest next store is 25 min. away. I may never be able to get stock again.

So I'm facing a minor moral dilemma. I bought some blink eye drops today using a rain check from the deal last week, something I've never done at CVS, so I don't know how it's normally supposed to work. I ended up getting the $3 ecb from this week's deal and the cashier manually printed the $9 ecb from last week's deal. On the one hand, this seems like a great deal. On the other hand, I feel like using the $3 ecb would be cheating the store. Has anyone had this happen before?

Oh, boy.....a couple of weeks ago I ran across a really poor couponer at my one and only local cvs. She had a HUGE binder with coupons literally falling out of it all over. Do know I have nothing against binders and people who use them correctly.
She was at the checkout, only one clerk, and she was doing one eb deal at a time, tear off the eb, do another. She had been at the register for a good while when there was no line. No problem. I kept waiting for her to finish but she didn't....
Our store is very short staffed so we often don't have a second clerk when the line is long.
I got in line after she'd done 6 or so and the line started to grow. I very quietly suggested she move to the back of the line--8 in line at that time and she got very pissy but did although she refused to move her already purchased goods off the counter and the clerk let her.
Today I heard that she is going to run couponing classes in our town and claims to already have 40 people signed up--she bragged about it to the clerk today.
They already told me she comes in daily to do this, evidently has many cards, and is now going to teach her "system" to a whole bunch of people.

Yes, I am having a pity party. *sigh*

I've been doing their rewards program for a long time and request a $7/1 Q every 30 days. Once you receive it (it does NOT take 4-6 like they say, usually less than a week for me), it has a very long expiration date (3 months, I think). So I always have several on hand, and they've always come in handy. For example, I have two right now and will use one on each of my cards at CVS for the $7.99 NM deal, which gives back 4 EB's. So a nice $3 MM (much bigger MM if you have 4/20 and the 10/1 meter Q).

If you have a Costco nearby and would rather have cash, the Costco $7 check is the same as cash there. Much better IMO if you have a costco nearby.

We are members at Costco. So how does that work? You don't have to actually buy any NM? You just walk up to the CS desk and cash it?

Give it time --- the clerk might not enforce line decorum but the store manager will if enough people walk out or complain.

ok here is my CVS rant for today - why can't cashiers TELL you BEFORE they take your ECB that not all of it will apply to your order !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! grrrrrr used my $8.99 ECB today but only $8.34 was applied ended up paying $1.50 in tax - would have preferred to purchase an extra item and used that other .65 cents !!!!!!!!!!!!

OAN: those cottonelle toilet paper covers are UGLY if u ask me ! mine will probably end up in the recycling ! (if its even recyclable)

On a second note: the blue razor worked for me too thanks everybody !
