Not much going on in here!
Went to CVS picked up a couple lipsticks and moved on to Wags. Picked up some candy corn, although I won't eat it since it's from Mexico, but thought it'd be cute in a clear vase for the table. ![]() Just the generics at the red machine. Funny, you can tell they're going to be bad when there's a stack of the papers by the machine.

I got a $10/50 CRT last week for the first time ever!! (no, it's not a new card, I've had it since the dawn of extracare program - and they just don't like me). So now I have to use it...
I do agree with everyone that CVS is the most consistent even though prices in general a little higher. I definitely don't want to be willingly eating anything from China (no apple juice, no this, no that...) but I think the few times that we go out to the restaurants - I know that we are... and I just have to deal with it. I have heard some stories from within so that's enough for me to read all labels. I even heard a story about the tea that's made there. I also have a $10 Zrytec CRT that I should use. |

same here. I've checked my account over and over to make sure I'm signed up for emails. I've even created new email addresses and changed my email address on my account to see if that would help. my mom gets emails all the time. and coupons in the mail too. I get nothing. the only coupons I can ever use are the ones that people post somewhere.**edit** I somehow missed your last post about the 10/50 before sending this one. maybe theres hope for me yet.

If I put out a vase with "off limit" candy corn, it would not last 10 minutes in my house.BTW, thanks for starting this thread.

That sounds like the exact same conversation I have with a certain cashier at my store except with a few changes to the conversation:He says: Your total is _____. (insert large price) I say: That doesn't sound right, did you hit the total button? (post-coupon tax state)He says: Uh, yeah. I say: Are you sure? He says: Uh, yeah. I say: Can you please try it again? ->He hits total button He says: Oh. You owe 7 cents.

Lately I've had cvs managers tell me I should use "send to card" for coupons. I don't want to do this for so many reasons, one of which is that I can often use printed copies repeatedly. I haven't been able to come up with a good way to (politely) rebuff this suggestion. Anyone else encounter this? What's a good way to get them to understand that send to card isn't the best option for everyone?

Not everyone has 24/7 access to a computer (although I can't imagine not having it).

I have a few extra books you think maybe we can do a chain-I mail several to one person, & they mail some of those to another. I don't really need anything in trade but it would help on the postage. Anyone else interested, these are $5/2 JF Qs exp 12-31-11 ![]() I had a couple of 4/20s that came up as already used. both times I asked the clerk for the pre-tax total and they said "let's just see if it scans" said I needed more stuff and I added more stuff but then said "used on (same day I was using it)" so does an attempt to use one put it in the system, like when RA UP rewards were new? or if they were already used but I'm under $20, just the "under $20" message will show up? The 1st one is now junk, & the 2nd one it looked like he overrode but it didn't show up on my receipt ![]() I never get red box Qs & nice SDer sent me these |

Reps are back...for now.
I owe loads of gratitude to everyone that got me where I am! Read the *NEW* CVS FAQ and post your questions there. Let's keep the deal threads deal-related, please.Would it kill you to read the wiki? Or to read the thread? All the experts got to where they are by reading...you can too. |

I know this has been answered in one of the weekly threads (as I have read it before) but I can't find it and can't remember. The B6G1 free diaper program - how long does it take the register that I bought 6? Is it like the Beauty program? 2-3 days or longer than that? TIA.

As a couple of other posters on other CVS threads mentioned, CVS finally fixed the diaper totals on their receipts. For weeks my receipt total had 0/6 even though I knew I should need 2 towards the next freebie. My receipt balance changed this week to 10/2 which is correct -- without me buying any new diapers or calling customer service. Last edited by Rose247; 09-20-2011 at 09:09 AM.. |
