Who wants to lay odds that the weekly thread will soon delve into a personal vs. store vs. FDA view of what a cosmetic is (meaning, someone's going to whip out the FDA's definition and someone else will give their definition, etc.)?
I'm thinking that, too, but I'm staying out of it. (Since I work for FDA, it's hard for me to think of the definition any other way.) But why not just whip out a dictionary. I see "A preparation, such as powder or a skin cream, designed to beautify the body by direct application." Just think of it as anything you use for "cosmetic" purposes. nod

LMAO I was thinking the same thing when I saw the cosmetic CRT being used for moisturizers...heck, I'm not really sure on that one myself but I just know the conversation is coming! I have no opinion. Smilie

Oh, I would just die! Not to have missed SD, I have done that before. (Ok, and it kind of is crappy!)

But to get an email for every thread? Ugh! Have you tried subscribing to the threads that interest you? Then you can just go to the subscription page and you'll know which of your threads have new posts in them. In addition, your threads that have updates are in order by which one has the most recent post (top) to less recent post (bottom). So you can decide if you only have a few minutes to check SD (and check a bottom one, to get rid of it), or pick the store you are about to head off to.

I even keep SD on my phone and use the above as a way to conquer and divide all the many posts, and fit them into my busy schedule.
lol I read my phone and my puter at the same time, speed reading classes in school, as a child...puter cannot keep up! LOL

guess I am off to the weekly debate thread Sadwalk

And then there are moisturizers with 'tint' (i.e. foundation) in them, so that's kinda a skin care/cosmetic hybrid. And of course, cosmetics with moisturizers in them.

Yeah, I think that she stopped updating around the end of last year. Frown Our local Alphabetical List of Unexpired Newspaper Coupons wiki used to be based on Taylortown previews too, but nowadays it's usually based on previews from http://www.couponpreviews.info/ which is maintained by Jasper, along with whatever regional variations that have been reported here in our preview threads (find them through the links from the 2013 Coupon Inserts Schedule). It helps to have the insert chatter, since we've been able to find some differences from the previews. But honestly, there are multiple databases out there, so you just need to use whatever works for you. I believe that Southern Savers has one too.

Good luck on getting organized!

P.S. Add me to the list of people who keep up on reading while busy. I'm surprised that I don't know the cosmetic debate backwards and forwards. Wink

My first warning on SD was trying to convince the Original OP of the Alphabetical List to add MQs that we find regionally in our inserts (and the mod had the nerve to call me a troll) and I put the thread on ignore.

Glad to see that comments are now welcomed (but probably not by the OP).

I wonder why, I have seen other people post they have certain coupons waiting to be printed at the machine. And now all I get is online coupon emails, not store ones. I think I might need to call and see if the can do something about it.

Went.to CVS last night, got my stuff, gave the cashier my coupons then my ecb's well at the end she goes it says negative 12.xx. The cash register did not take off the B1G1 All until after she scanned all the q's/ecb, I guess she did not ever hit total or scanned my card after she rang stuff up. Well another cashier, that I know, came over and fixed it to take away the negative amount. He started to walk away and I said, by doing that I loose those ecb's So he manually printed them out for me again or otherwise I would have had to deal with them not working another time if they just handed them back to me.

Another blogger has the Thermacare being free plus MM with the $3/1 printable. But the coupon exludes trial, and the 1 count is a trial size, no? I haven't seen a Thermacare printable without the trial size exclusion since they had some Facebook promo going on over the summer.

Yep, the 1ct is trial size (the box even says so in the corner), so yeah, the q is no good for it. Imagine that...a blogger screwing up a deal...

Reps are back...for now. Stick Out Tongue I owe loads of gratitude to everyone that got me where I am! Read the *NEW* CVS FAQ and post your questions there. Let's keep the deal threads deal-related, please.
Would it kill you to read the wiki? Or to read the thread? All the experts got to where they are by reading...you can too.
