Wells Fargo has a deal with American Airlines that gives you a mile for every ten dollars you refinance. On a $300,000 mortgage that is 30,000 miles. That would be pretty good alone, but the rates are less too. For example, the 30 year rate today is 4.25 - but the AA rate is only 4.0. Adjustable rates can be 3/8 pt less.
