PROMOTION PERIODS: There are two Promotion Periods. The “First Promotion Period” will consist only of the Sweepstakes and will begin at 12:00:00 A.M. Eastern Time ("ET") on August 25, 2011 and will end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on September 14, 2011. The “Second Promotion Period” will consist of the Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes and will begin at 12:00:00 A.M. ET on September 15, 2011 and will end at 11:59:59 P.M. ET on October 21, 2011. The Administrator’s computer is the official clock of both Promotion Periods.

ELIGIBILITY: The Promotions are offered only to legal United States residents living in the 50 United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, Administrator, Mercury Fulfillment Systems, Moosylvania Marketing, L.C., their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and production agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e., spouse, parent, child, sibling, and the “steps” of each) and persons living in the same household of each (collectively, “Sponsor and Others”) are not eligible to enter. All applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void in Puerto Rico, the United States Territories and Possession, and elsewhere where restricted or prohibited by law.

TO ENTER: HOW TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES AND INSTANT WIN GAME DURING THE SECOND PROMOTION PERIOD: During the Second Promotion Period, an Entrant may enter the Promotion, play the Instant Win Game and enter the Sweepstakes by logging on to the Website. If the Entrant has already registered during the First Promotion Period, the Entrant is not required to register again during the Second Promotion Period. During the Second Promotion Period, an Entrant may play the Instant Win Game and, each time that the Entrant plays the Instant Win Game, the Entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. After registering, or if an Entrant has already registered, then after entering his/her valid e-mail address, the Entrant may play the Instant Win Game by entering a valid code (the “Code”).

Entrants may obtain Codes in all of the following ways:

Map Game. On the Website, there will be the “Map Game”. The Map Game will include five (5) scenes from the Fast Five movie. Each scene will have five (5) hidden Codes. The Entrant is able to find all five (5) hidden Codes in each scene by clicking on them to have them released for use by the Entrant.

Twitter® and Facebook®. During the Second Promotion Period, an Entrant may receive one (1) Code by sharing the Website via Twitter through a Twitter button on the Website and one (1) Code via Facebook through the Like button on the Website. An Entrant must have a Twitter® and/or Facebook® account in order to receive these Codes.

Video. An Entrant will receive one Code during the Second Promotion Period for watching a video clip for the Fast Five movie on the Website. Multiple video clips will be available for viewing and each will have a unique code.

Partner Websites. During the Second Promotion Period, from time to time, there will be links on the Website to partner websites, Twitter® and Facebook® sites where an Entrant may obtain additional Codes. Note that by clicking on to these links, the Entrant will be leaving the Website.

Banner Advertisements. Banner advertisements on various websites may provide additional Codes.

Entertainment Websites. Websites where Fast Five banner ads appear may also feature editorial commentary about the Fast Five movie and offer a Code. Links to these sites may be featured on the Website.

Mobile Codes. If an Entrant has an Android® mobile device with the free mobile application Textnomore® the Entrant will receive a Code once the phone is reactivated after a drive time. Free download of the application and for more information on how the Textnomore® application works, go to www.textnomore.com.

Fast Five Events. – On some posters distributed at various events there will be a Code printed on it. The Entrant, using a mobile device capable of accessing the internet, may go to www.fast5safe.com where they can enter the Code.

Alternative Method of Entry. An Entrant may use the following Codes: 3HV3X, 4V67F, ZZ76M

All Codes obtained by the Entrant as set forth above will be kept (banked) in the Entrant’s individual profile throughout the entire Second Promotional Period.

If the Entrant wins an Instant Prize, neither the Entrant, nor anyone in the Entrant’s household, will be eligible to win another Instant Prize.

Sweepstakes Grand Prize (1): The Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and his/her guest (“Guest”), subject to the restrictions set forth below, will receive a 6 day/ 7 night trip to Rio de Janeiro, Brazil (the “Grand Prize Trip”) and $200 in spending money for the Grand Prize Trip. The Grand Prize Trip will include: roundtrip coach-class air transportation for Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner and the Guest from the gateway airport closest to Sweepstakes Grand Prize Winner’s home (selected by the Sponsor in its sole discretion) to Rio de Janeiro/Galeão-Antonio Carlos Jobim International Airport; 6 days/7 nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) in a hotel to be determined in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, and ground transfers to and from the airport to the hotel.
